Message Thats the "hole" problem, The other end or coarse threads go into the block for the lower and the intake for the upper.
Fine threaded ends are for the nuts after you install the idlers back on. User error... Installed backwards.

I just put them in my car today after my lower idler started to make noise and about cost me an engine yesterday, close call as my idler was hardly able to be turned by hand EEKKK!
